Shipping policy
We work with trusted print-on-demand and fulfillment partners to create and ship your items. Each product is made to order — thank you for your patience while your custom item is created and shipped!
Production Time
- All items are made to order and typically ship within 7 business days
- Production times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons
Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch)
- United States: 2–15 business days
- Canada: 5–30 business days
- Europe: 10–30 business days on most items
- Rest of World: 10–30 business days
Delays may occur due to customs processing, remote locations, holidays/peak seasons, or local carrier issues that are outside our control.
Coffee Shipment
Coffee is currently available only in United States & Canada. Delivery timelines follow the estimates above.
Wrong Address / Redelivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or is refused and returned to the sender, please reach out to our Support Team. A reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund may be offered.

If your tracking shows no movement within the delivery window, reach out here:

Lost-in-Transit Timeframes
We can investigate when:
- US: item has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch

Everywhere else: item has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement or refund may be offered.

- Once your order has been placed, address changes are not always possible — but reach out and we’ll do our best.
- Separate items in an order may ship from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate packages.
