Refund policy

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or colour selection
  • Change of mind
  • Coffee that has been opened or consumed
  • Apparel that has been washed or worn

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, a free reprint or refund may be offered if the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.

Please get in touch with customer@trackorder.site to begin the return and refund process and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos indicating the problem

EU & UK Customers

For customers in the EU or UK, replacement or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If there is a product defect (excluding normal wear and tear), you may contact gpsr@honsonventures.com.

After this period and up to the applicable statutory warranty period of 2 years, defect-related inquiries can be sent to connect@sutchyofficial.com.
